Project Eidolon - Reltair - Competition Entry
I've always wanted to participate in either a LD or MiniLD as well as trying out the Ren'Py visual novel engine, so this was a perfect opportunity to do so.
I picked out some resources to use at the English-Language Visual Novel Community Wiki and crafted a short VN based on what I found. The game demonstrates most of the basic functionality that Ren'Py has to offer and should be easy to play through.
It was a fun and educational experience playing around with making this game, although I had to change/cut out many of my ideas due to lack of time. I look forward to being in future LDs/MiniLDs!

Short but fun. I got endings in the order 312. Is the character only dreaming everything? The game seems simple at first, but the title and all of the little hints add a lot more depth, despite the game's length.
Really great! I liked the Shinto references and the fact that I actually learned something. Well done! I'd love to see this developed further - it would be cool to play through more clients.
@Jigxor: Glad you liked it!
@Goldendice: Yeah, the game ended up being way shorter than I anticipated due to time constraints. I kept cutting out additional endings and ideas I had for more scenes/routes. As for if the character is dreaming or not, just look up what "Eidolon" means and it should be pretty obvious what he/she is. :)
@Breakdance McFunkypants: Thanks! I actually had a bunch of clients in mind, but ended up cutting them out since I didn't have time to add them in. >_<

Fun and silly storyline. Cute graphics, and I got a 3/3 ending. Woo!
