A bit easy, but fun anyway. Repeatedly pressing a movement key gets a bit tiring though
Fun, but I really felt my arm tiring having to repeatedly tap the movement keys. Maybe you could make movement continue when the button is held in a post-compo version? :)
Nice game. I got stuck on lvl 2, and had to cut out a wall to get anywhere!
Nice job.
Your pixel art style is nice and so is your music. I personally am not a fan of games like this, but I can see for someone who is into the genre it would be really interesting, especially with the switches.
Really nice effort.
nice puzzles. The level 2 have much better designe than the others. The move animation slide is rather unusual, I think linear interpolation would make it more 'classic'.
some badies would have made this more interesting. sounds and music are good, graphics as well. the continous tapping is a bit boring. besides to that, well done!
Didn't care for the level designs, they were just "do stuff at random until you reach the egg". Also got tiring having to mash the arrow each time to move a space. Audio was nice.
Nice game, the music was nice, it was a little short but Enjoyable:)
Really nice! Lovely music, and interesting story. Got a bit lost, but very nice overall, well done!
Music and graphics were great, but there was no risk. I felt like walking into the lava should have killed me. Game feel and controls are solid though, you did a good job.
Quite nice graphics. In fact it felt pretty polished. The music was a bit repetitive and became slightly annoying after a while. I think the level design could do with a bit of work: It was hard to approach the third level logically since you couldn't even see the goal until you'd already spent a while flipping switches, and randomly faffing seemed to be about as effective as any systematic approach. I found the controls slightly annoying to (would have been good if just holding down an arrow key kept you moving in the same direction). The fundamentals are there for a great game though, with some more thoughtful level design.
Great audio. Movement is little bit frustrating because automatic repeat is missing.
Not bad for your first game. I can tell it's kinda based on the gridlocked player tutorial. It does feel pretty polished, nice job on keeping it simple.

It's not your fault, but "Lights Out" on the Apple II gave me nightmares as a child. Ever since, this type of diabolical switch puzzle has been my Achille's Kryptonite. I gave you lots of points for music, since yours was the first good LD24 song that I've heard, but I have to be honest and say that I couldn't figure out how to beat the second stage. Also, I'm have a time machine, but I can't jump over lava??? Just kidding. Player sprite was cool, wish he had a two-frame animation though. Good work!
