Anyway, love the idea. Well executed, nice little game. Shoot sound's kinda annoying after a while :p
It seems a little... empty. I would have thought that someone could get a little more content then this in two days.
But still, it's polished and fun. Not amazing, but certainly not terrible.

Immune system defense is a fairly good use of the theme, Good job.
Arrghghh I keep shooting the powerups with the wrong beam! Cute idea, maybe have a narrower screen width? Would make a great portrait mode mobile game.
The sound gets a little boring after some time. The game is a bit hard but fun.
Love the use of theme! Game is a bit hard and needs refinement (e.g. the germs should start coming a few at a time, then more as you play).
nice wrk with html5 and coffee. Some particle effects could have been icing on the cake.
