April 20th-23rd 2012 :: 10 Year Anniversary! :: Theme: Tiny World
Tiny Contamination, well almost - demogia - 48 Hour Compo Entry
In this game, the player is a little cute and strange creature. This creature must convert others but beware the red cells are bad characters.
The red cells will lose 1 point of life ( it's the number of eye).
When pink cells became blue , a second pass on her and win a life, but it's -1point of score, each things have a price.
When all pink cell became blue, it's the next level and the party continue.

Thanks, it's my first Ludum Dare, for the begining it's good. the next time, i will create a better game ^^
Nice graphics and music, but it would be cool if there was more content, like different types of enemies.
Simple but fun ! The graphisms are cute as well as the music. It s a bit too easy to get health back, and death seems to be caused by the brutal transition between levels. But its a nice little game and the design of the hero is funny.
I liked how the number of lives was counted by the number of his core/eyes.
Liked the game over sound too ;)
I got 131. Any good? Nice simple game, very cleanly made.
The game is nice but there was some bugs that would make it bothering : collision seems weird and I died when enemies were far from me.
A bit of information like life bar and what you have to/can do would have been nice.
It's a great game.
Very nice audio and graphics. Gameplay is okay, but getting hit 1 second after start is a bit annoying. More variation on enemy cells and more negative feedback on earning a life (2 enemies appear instead of decreasing the score a bit or something like that) would be fantastic.
Very very cute graphics ^^ neat music too :)
Gameplay wasn't very exciting, but it worked. :3
I guess, the main issue would be the level transitioning. It was a little abrupt at times and you could spawn awfully close to enemies.
Cool game. I liked the health mechanic, that was pretty awesome.
Love the squishy little creatures! They are very cute. I didn't love the way the levels ran into one another so abruptly. But it was fun and I played twice. Nice work!!
That's fun!! But i almost kick my keyboard when i start a game with a monster two pixels next to me :p
Cute game. I enjoyed the music and the graphics were good.
Not very challenging or interesting after a few minutes of play though. That's fine for a casual game.
I scored 109 points. Sometimes the pink blobs wouldn't detect when I touched them, and sometimes I would start a level and immediately be hit by 2 red blobs. I really like the artwork, music, and sound effects. I also like how you showed the player's health by the number of eyes they have. Great job!
Very cute game, and quite fun as well!
Sometimes though, I seem to lose a life out of nowhere :-( Also, some levels start with the enemy right near me. But I kept on playing :-)
Ah, I'm not sure that you are allowed to use music from freesound.org. I think the rules say that all music must be made from scratch :-/
Really cute! My only problem with this game is that most of the time I start next to a red cell and "lose an eye". Fortunately I can replenish them, but it doesn't seem fair to me.
When you say that the music is from freesound.org you mean that you got samples there or the whole music? As far as I know, you are not allowed to use pre-made music in the 48-hour compo...
Awww so cute! Nice music too! I liked that you used the number of eyes on the character to indicate the lives left, a nice little touch. Great job!
Nice and simple. A little too random for my taste, sometime I even started a new level on top of a bad cell. Good job on the graphics!
Thanks for all comment. Sorry for the beginning of level, i don't have the time to repair the bug. For the music, i take to time for search on the freensound.org but i don't take a sample, but i would take to time the next Ludum, maybe^^
I will do the new version after the vote to repair the all bug and to improve the game.
Nice detailed graphics, amusing sound effects, good difficulty curve. I'd be interested to see more variation in enemies

This is actually pretty fun! Nice and clean visuals, straightforward and yet responsive controls, good selection of music, a title and game over screen, good sound feedback, and I liked the heal mechanic and animation. Good job! :)
