It established a great mood and the audio was fitting. It wasn't funny at all though, and there wasn't much interactivity to it.
OKAY! So this was pretty beautiful but I agree that the interactivity didn't really meany anything, except a nice way to give you an avatar and to make you explore the image + words over time.
Absolutely wonderful. Very moving for such a short game. A work of art.
I cannot for the life of me figure out what the background is... It always cuts to music before I expect it so I can't get a good look.
I really like how this game came together, though "game" seems a strange word for it. This seems simultaneously like the beginning and ending of a story.
I sat and listened to the waves crashing for a long time. Peaceful after the ominous buildup.
Amazing setting, amazing effects, awesome music, it was just missing gameplay!
Hung in there to the end, wasn't sure what I was doing to begin with but it was worth it when I got there.
Nice piece of storytelling, but at a certain point the text was too small to read. And I think the wind didn't play for me.
I like the art and sound a lot, though the moire effect as you get zoomed out is kind of a distraction. I couldn't quite figure out the picture, and the text was a bit maudlin, and the ending confused me; I couldn't tell if it was really supposed to look like that or if it's a bug.
Hardly a game, but the interactivity makes it different from a written story. Gradual progression of images also helps build an unexpected experience. My brother likes it a lot.
Beautiful, I really love the 1bit gfx, and great music... more an interactive story than a game. Congratulations.
I really dig the ending music. I love how the game begins to take shape while you play. I just assumed you were going for some kind of odd aesthetic and then BOOM it starts to come together. Not really a game or a challenge, of course.. but a very solid mood nonetheless.
I think this my favorite so far, well done! 5/5 on theme, brilliant use of graphics and music.
Fantastic!
The gameplay is lacking, but that's not the focus of this. The graphics and sound seem simple initially, but the way they evolve over the course of the game is really cool. Excellent use of the theme.
I think I managed to wander off the part you are meant to be on, after the view zoomed out for the first time. I couldn't find the next part of the story and quit after wandering around aimlessly for about 5 minutes.
I like the idea that the game was trying to get across, and it looks like I missed out on something given the other comments, but I couldn't find it myself.
