Really unfinished, but I don't think I did too badly for my first Ludum Dare :)
Let me know if there are any bugs/missing files.

Good game and style. Loved fog and day/night effects.
PS: I had to google and download a missing library.(libstdc++-6.dll). Maybe you should repack your game including that file in your game folder.
Lovely game. :) The only bad thing about it is the horribly annoying beep sound every time a message pops up.
The beeping with each message is very annoying, a bloop would have been easier on the ears.
If you leave the game running in the background for a while the fog disappears, then where ever you walk you always end up to where the broken robot is.
Is the background supposed to be black? In the screen shots above there's tiles drawn, I'm not seeing those when I play?
I'm guessing when I played it it was rather bugged.
A run button would have been nice :D

hmm, seems the windows binary doesnt work for me, the ground is black and I keep bumping up against something whichever direction I walk. It seems to segfault when I close it too, I'm running on Windows XP, and my Graphics Card supports OpenGL 2.1 extensions. Does the game require 3.0 extensions?
Anyways, I'll rate when you get a working binary up, otherwise, I have to say, it looks good!
