Another day at Pleasure Resort - where no one ever grows bored. But wait, how long have I been here? I barely remember what is outside these walls! Should I escape?
Pleasure Resort, where you can escape reality - don't even think about really escaping, though!

Got a bit confused why my boredom meter kept going up and the controls felt a little strange. Did complete the game so It must have been enjoyable :)

How can bread increase boredom ? Bread is cool! Bread is life! That's a very bad start! ^^
But except this bread mistake, I really enjoyed this game, even if I don't know why. Maybe it's because is fun ? Myabes it's because the music is pretty cool ? Or maybe it's because I managed to moonwalk

@Pierrec Haha! Well you're right in the sense that "bread is life", but that's why it's boring. Not to mention, EVERY game uses bread as a powerup, so I thought it would be fun to reverse that stereotype. :p And I'm glad you enjoyed the music - it's the first time I've taken a stab at composing a song.
That pit, and the fact that I couldn't hesitate for a second. Liked the sins thing =)
Nice idea, and well done. But why are oranges boring? No (real) word rhymes with orange, so it shouldn't be boring! :)
Bread and water would definitely be a boring meal, but a small explanation about what is/isn't boring might ease confusion.
Music and graphics were both good, and the boredom mechanic was interesting, but I thought it was over a bit too quickly.
Thanks for the feedback. I put a list of boring/exciting things at the bottom of the web page and just added pictures to make it clearer.
Interesting mechanics, took a couple of failed attempts to get the hang of it. Enjoyed exploring and the variety of rooms, but slightly confused by a few doors that seemed purely cosmetic. I would happily have played it for longer :)
@Jacic: Strange, Orange should rhyme with Stonehenge /pun
I think the game delivers, i'm not terribly fond of it (that's just my personal taste about games, not something you could or *should* fix), but everything was very well executed. Especially the Music, it's a catchy melody. The sound fx could have been better (that's why I gave you a 3 in Audio, and not a 4).
Something really interesting about this game. I like the music, brings back memories.. Well done!

Great take on the recharge to stay alive feature. Well done, I liked this one a lot.
Like the idea and theme interpretation. It begs for more variety and cleverer ways to keep boredom away. Controls could be a little better. I forgot which items do what the instant I started playing, so those could be differentiated better (I'd love like a greyish monotone vs cartoony colorful look). Like the music.
You should mark somehow these doors that I can't go through. And that pit coming back from the key of greed is just evil! Nice game though, my real boredom meter didn't raise while playing.

The boredom meter fills up pretty fast, and you can just enter/exit your room over and over to survive dying of boredom (not sure if intentional). I liked the idea though, pretty funny
