and just like that - skelethulu - 48 Hour Competition Entry
Built in flixel + tiled + garageband + flashdevelop + photoshop. I wanted to build something that tries to explain why I would spend 48 hours writing script and making crude pixels, why I would quit my steady job making AAA games to make small things that are given away for free, why if something is too good to be true, you should run from it, because it's fake.
UPDATE: due to popular demand from some people on my google plus, in the next day or two I will be releasing a Director's Cut version of this game that has all the levels (approx 8 more) that I had to cut because they were either too hard or unfinished (once I finish them). This version will also have a timer running (with a leaderboard for those what complete it), and each death will add some amount of time. Oh and when I release it I'll unlock all the secret rooms, too :) I'll post on the frontpage when this happens, as well as a post-mortem shortly after that.
