    Master Exploder - hcs - Competition Entry

    Innovation: I love the idea! It's pretty awesome, mind-controlled bombs and bombs that can feel your mind-control and auto-explode! Oh my! The only way you could go better than this is if you made a NES rom for the compo!

    Fun: It's frustrating, but not the "frustrating gragh" one, but the "fun frustration" one. I enjoyed playing it, both the less finished version with placeholder graphics and this one.

    Theme: I don't see why it doesn't fit the theme, it's pretty good!

    Graphics: Not the best, but quite nice nontheless!

    Audio: Audio? What audio?

    Humor: The end screen made me smile, and the last level was annoying so much it made me laugh. 3/5.

    Overall: A sharp 4/5. Great idea, lots of fun, but it's lacking in the audio department. And the graphics could be improved.

    Community: Some stats first:
    - You posted every 9.6 hours during LD48.
    - You provided two screenshots and one demo before release.
    - You did send your deskphoto.
    - You did NOT have a timelapse by the time i'm reading this.
    - No food photos.

    A 3/5. You served the community well by giving screens and posting, but you REALLY, REALLY could do better. By at least trying.

    At first I didn't get it and died. Then i got the idea and played through the game :D I like the idea of the first level, cause the enemy explode and clears the path if you die.

    It starts pretty easy, but the puzzle and "timing" action gets harder later on. Pretty decent level design taking time in consideration.

    Well done! It's fun, well made, and although not all levels are interesting, some are actually challenging.

    Now all it needs is sound and more/better levels!

    Nice puzzle game. Didn't have time to play it all the way through but I think I might do that later.

    The puzzles I got to weren't that truly puzzling, more just lining things up right, but they were fun nonetheless.
