I agree with Jhelle. This game is OK but could be great with better control. It annoyed me not being able to accellerate backwards, because it takes a while to turn around.
It's a shame because concept, graphics, presentation etc. are good.
The controls felt very sluggish which made it less fun. The graphics were simple but were consistent and had a polished feel which was good. With a bit more polish and variety in the gameplay this could have been a solid entry.
Some suggestions for improvements:
Better controls: angular motion should be faster and with more friction. Straight motion should be faster and with less friction. This would make it easier to aim and dodge.
It was too hard to kill enemies. The regular bullets were too slow and not very powerful. Also, if you shot at an enemy with some debris but missed, you would lose all the debris. There should be less penalty for missing when shooting debris (perhaps by not shooting all of it at once, or having a wider spread angle)
Faster game pace in general. If everything moved a bit faster and the controls were more fluid this could have been a fun game.
Very difficult. It can be hard to dodge things, and your gun is really weak. The debris is pretty powerful, but is harder to aim, and once you shoot it, you have to gather it again, which is especially bad if you didn't hit anything.
While the controls and general balance of the game do need a little work, overall I think this is one of the best entries and it deserves a bit more attention than it's got so far. Any plans to develop this further?
Nice graphics but big input lag here (maybe not your fault) and slow turning so I didn't even get a chance to try throwing debris at the enemies.
Very difficult to play for beginners. As other people have commented, this could be a quite fun game with some balancing and tuning of controls.

I really wanted to like this game cause it oozes fun. Sadly the control of the ship feels very 'indirect'. It also has a nice amount of variety in the enemies which I liked.
