Fast-paced with a nice graphical style. May have been an issue with java, but I didn't hear any music or sound. Fun to play, which makes it a success in my book. Good job!
There is indeed music and sound, so it might be a Java issue. There are some odd hiccups with Processing applets occasionally that'll prevent it from loading a file. A force-reload sometimes fixes it.
Perfect example of how a simple idea well executed and polished is a great thing. Found the difficulty curve flatten a bit though, after a couple of games I had a game that took me safely to 821 (and then I got bored).
Great interaction of mechanics.
Great work on this. Music and sound are solid. Your core gameplay mechanic fits perfectly with the theme, Weapons as Enemies. Solid job!
I very challenging but enjoyable game. (Was it honestly supposed to be that fast? It was crazy!).
Got to 300 points before I started to wonder if there were any more enemy types or waves to come. I liked having the choice of whether to hold the shooting-thing and use its bullets, or if to pick up enemies and shoot them.
The sound and music stuttered badly, and the music kept playing (well, about 3 seconds of it repeated) after I quit. I had to kill firefox to get it to stop.
Nicely done, and it looks as though you improved it even further with the jam version.
Very fun game!! I got 7724 points before getting trapped and killed. :D
Awesome fun game!!! It was quite cool towards the end of my play that I seemed to have a choice between just dodging the enemies and letting them mostly destroy themselves versus grabbing them and going berserk trying to kill many with one shot...
Very well done!
well done. Hard getting used to (because it's so fast) but I really liked the tune.
Fantastic. The Jam version feels like a Legendary edition of the Web version. Very tricky; very fun.
awesome! :) got 2416 before i got bored due to the enemies being all the same. if you make more enemy types and maybe a combo counter this could become an epic game!
I sometimes felt it was ignoring my z key-presses: making the eating period last a little longer would probably make it feel a lot better.
I had to close any tabs with Flash content to get audio. When I did it was pretty awesome though.
Feels like being trapped in an angry pinball machine, in the best possible way.
I liked this game a lot. The only thing that really bugged me is that the pseudo-analogue control system makes it hard to aim. I think this would be a lot better with an analogue stick or maybe even indirect mouse control.
The graphical style is simple, but pretty. I like the music a lot too.
Perfect!! Extremely fun, smooth, pretty, etc. Music is perfectly matched to the fast-paced feel. Controls are exactly what they should be.
I love the detailing too. The idling of the enemies after you die, the feedback from the monster "eyes", the background, etc.
Really Cool, alittle frustrating sometimes when you are trying to put enough distance between you and them so you can turn around. felt like the arena could have been alittle bigger.

It doesn't start for me! I get java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: ld18_grabitas.class
