Didn't make the compo, so jam it is. Still, unfinished..
Works best in Chrome, FF 4+
Please wait a sec after you see 100% loaded, to be sure.. Small bug in some browsers.
Keyboard keys:
* W-A-D or Z-Q-D or arrows to move/jump
* Esc to pause the game
* Space to interact
Few notes:
* Lava is tricky
* Gameplay lacks
* Lack of decent levels
* Great engine in my eyes :D
The source code is pure js, you can check it on the actual page.
I got a lot of post-mortem notes which I'll share soon enough.
Bottom line is, I had great fun making this, and for a first timer, I like it.
Hope you give it a go, and I'll be updating this soon, since I think it's got potential.

weird leveldesign, and very strang wayt to implement ladder :) but it was fun to play I had to stop on sky dimension because it becames to laggy for my laptop.
Impressive that you went for HTML. Works well considering it is such a newish platform to work in

a few minor qualms about controls and registration for jumping on things, an otherwise nice attempt at LD, well done.
