Link to game not showing up

So I submitted my Entry, Giant Apple Pie! 
But for some reason, the link to the game (www.marcelomarcati.com) isn’t showing up, all big and blue like the Source link shows up.
I put the link on the Notes section, but it’s not the same 
Anyone knows a reason why the link to the actual game isn’t showing up? is it supposed not to show up?

Giant Apple Pie WIP
So you’re a giant right? And you want some apple pie, why wouldn’t u? But you need a heck of a lot of those tiny apples to make an apple pie capable of satisfying that humongous craving of yours. So you need to find every apple shop (u know, the place u go to buy apples) in the world.
BUT, be careful! Youre a giant remember? watch where u step or the world is gonna hate u and no apple pie will be able to make u feel better about yourself.
