Eat your heart out Sid!
I am a huge fan of Sid Meier’s Pirates, so I took inspiration from his game. I however am not very good with 2d math, so I decided to wait to do the movement and battles for last, in case I won’t have time.
Game: Pirates of the Procedurally Generated Isles
I am making a Pirates-like game, but using procedurally generated islands. Just a fun trader sim/tycoon.
Only a half an hour, anyone care to take side bets as to the theme winner?

This will be my first Ludum Dare, but I hope to learn alot from it.
FYI, this is Finals Week for my school, so its going to be very tricky juggling school work and the 48 hour challenge.
