Ludum Dare 23
I haven’t developed any games for at least 6 months, but I want to get back into it.
I will be switching to HaXe NME if I do join. I will probably do the practice weekend and see how that goes. FlashDevelop, HaXe NME (maybe haxepunk/haxeflixel), paint.net/gimp, Tiled or DAME, audacity and/or BFXR .
Edit: Just found out about futile, which seems to fit my style better. So I will be using that, all of the above and Pixitracker, maybe flash for drawing…
I have a baby shower Friday night (tonight) and a wedding that starts at 3pm tomorrow. So I doubt I will be entering in this year. But just in case I get a really great idea from the theme here is what I would’ve been using
- Unity3d, maybe with Futile, IDE-Visual Studio 2010 Pro
Last ludum dare I did it all on Sunday (though I did finish, I was not happy with the final product), so maybe I can do that again.

Well I finished on time and I had a great time, even though I didn’t have any time on Saturday for any work. So around 10 hours or so.
There is definitely a lot of things I wanted to add but had to scrap, but it just feels good just to release a game.

I’m in, for reals this time. Last ludum dare I had a wedding to attend so I could not compete, but I have nothing planned this time!

I have a 5 hour plane ride in between the compo (plus more time in security/checkin) depending how fast that is, and if I sleep on the plane I may be in!
