About LittleForestGames (twitter: @LittleForestG)
For the 48 Charity mini LD, I just submitted my game called “Crazy Kart Flying”. A bit going passed the limits and using 3D, but I did
use the NES Palette and limited movement along the x and y axis. Programs used are Unity 3D and Paint.net.
Only 2 levels, but I like the idea and I’m extending on it so expect a 3rd level (hint: a “special” level )
Page to play would be here: http://www.charitygamejam.com/
Shoudl be able to find it.
Finished with the basic idea of the game, and got all the assets I’ll need to create levels. Now to acually create the levels. right after some sleep
Seems to be the second miniLD I’m joining. this time I’ll be using Unity (again) to create a 2.5D kind of game.
Of course, the art with (mostly) follow the pallet given. Basically your a kart trying to gather supplies to help get
to the end of the level. Here’s a demo I’ve created in the past 5/6 hours:
As a company, we are making a FPS nick named project alien fortress for now.
for the challenge, we are still in early development so we won’t be selling the game
but we are going to try to accomplish the rest of the core game before the month is over.
Be sure to follow development at these links!:
Here’s the game I put together, didn’t get to do all I wanted to do, but the basic idea is there. Ambient light will change depending on your time of day.
Well, looks like it’s gonna be my first mini ludum dare (or a ludum are in general).

Blender – 3D Modeling
GIMP/Paint.net – Art
sunvox-1.7.2b - music
