Shortest game ever?

There we go! Everything is Sand is officially submitted! Kinda proud about how much I actually managed to do in less then 24 hours, even though I’m willing to bet my game is one of the shortest.
Try it out if you feel like it, http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-20/?action=preview&uid=3831 , now I’m going to bed!
Slow progress
So far, I got, a charactertemplate who can walk around and pick up stuff. Sadly, stuff is yet to be implemented.
I got a basic pixel-particle-sand rain going on.
What really sucks is that now that I reallly gotten into this, I have to leave for 24 hours, which will make finishing this competition really hard. Gonna try to make some real graphics on my laptop during that time though.
Off to a bad start
Appearently I’ve forgotten all I know about programming in Flash, I’m getting stressed by Chronolapse and all you other guys stuffs looks amazing already! I hate you all for being so awesome!
My idea so far is basically about a guy living in a hourglass that is entrusted with a sack of sand. With this bag of sand he will be able to fill holes and build hills. That’s all I got for now, trying to get some platformingish game with worms/lemmings-type enviroment to work.
4.30 am
Morning folks. Celebrating the start of Ludum with some milk (bacause I’m a wuss that way)!
Hyped
Exiting times! So, this is my absolutely first Ludum Dare, hoping for a really cool theme! I’ve got some preparation done, going to try to capture my progress with both screencapture and webcam. (mostly for my own amusement).
Funny thing is, I will spend like 10 hours of the developement on traveling foot (train) and I’m also going to miss out on a few hours since I’m going to a party pretty far from here. So yeah, this will be intresting indeed.
Tools that’ll be used are:
Programming: Flash
Graphics: Paint/Photoshop/Grapics Gale, might use my camera to take photos depending on the theme.
Sound: sfxr /possible audio recorder
Music: pixelblipz, Audacity and Wavepad, possibly audio recorder
Oh, and btw, trying out chronolapse but it doesn’t seem to be compatible with my prefered resolution. I got 2 monitors which are both at 1920×1080. The picture, when capturing, however will only be “2560×720″ which crops alot of the screen off. Chosing only one monitor in the settings gives me output that is centered between the screens, also cropped.
are there any other program I could try or am I simply doing something wrong here? (would prefer not to mess with my resolution settings, and I like my two monitors =3)
