Wouldn’t it be better to sort them from 13 to 0 ratings?
Higher ratings (but still under 14) have a better chance to be actually playable.
I think it is a worthwhile effort to help people without a lot of ratings. But… of the 4 games I checked out none of them had bothered to rate anyone else’s game.
Well, if they had any coolness, they probably would have ratings, too. Still, coolness = 0 does not mean the game is bad, so I’m willing to check some of them out…
Yeah – I just feel more excited about supporting and providing feedback for games where people made an effort to rate a few games themselves.
I guess that’s a legitimate view of things, too !
Just went through this again : http://ludumdare.itch.io/ … It’s kinda heartbreaking to see how many games I still haven’t palyed, most of them look interesting, but there are just so many… Oh boy…!
Ludum Dare is bigger than you and I. At 15 minutes per game, 10 hours per day, it would take 8 weeks to play everything. At this point, it’s all about the community. I like it.
Yeah, I guess I like it, too! This community can be trusted …!!! Still a shame I can’t PLAY ALL THE GAMES !!!! XD
Well, actually, you can, but probably not in time.
Also, you can download them all to play later, check out my post here: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/2013/05/05/256401/
I refuse to be a cool rescuerangers guy until you add gadget to this image
Great idea, but few game don’t works.
I noticed a lot of those are Windows games. Some of us can’t play those because we’re on a Mac!
Could you please change the picture, I’m really enough to see these stupid squirels each time I connect!!! XD
