A Villain’s Demise
So its over again, at last. These hours just fly away! Its been an awesome weekend, and as always I’m looking forward to the next LD already. But hey, check out my entry!
Basically you control a villain, which is.. overpowered by an even greater villain. In free-fall you have to struggle to stay alive! The original idea was to include a boss element, but that had to be put aside in order to complete it.
It ended up with a cool little endless platformer. You have to time your jumps, utilize the double-jump cleverly, and take advantage of a certain time-altering ability as you collect points, health and other pickups. All this while you’re dodging bullets and super-deadly razorblades emerging all over!
This time i clocked in 16 hours of development, and i even managed to create a timelapse video! The video will be uploaded shortly, but for now – play the game! Can you achieve a score above 1500?

Some feedback:
- On firefox it lags so much it’s unplayable
- You chose the wrong key for time wrap: ‘space’. My screen is just 1366×728 and when I press space it scrolls to bottom (besides using the time wrap ability). Better use another key or lock down the space key just for your game

Thanks for the feedback! Its weird that it lags in firefox, runs at 60 FPS here. It may be your gfx card driver, or some artifact.
And yes, I’ve gotten alot of comments on the space bar input – my bad, didnt think about it. However, i uploaded an offline version of the game (Windows), where the space bar shouldnt be a problem
