I’m in (like a boss)
I should be in for the first time this weekend. Been programming for almost a year, but learning quickly. I’m only 14.
Language: Java
Libraries: LWJGL and my own base-code. (See bottom of post)
Tools: Eclipse, Paint.NET, Notepad++ (Maybe), Possibly BFXR (if I can be bothered with sound), Hopefully JarSplice.
Plan: First day: Engine. Second Day: Polishing and CONTENT.
Might make a timelapse, if I have the time, but it is low-priority.
BaseCode:
I have some simple base-code that someone may find useful, but I doubt it. It’s just Utilities and a lwjgl initialiser.

Any time other than my first LD, I would have given a +1 for Kittens, but not this time.
(By the way, I hate Kongregate for what they’re doing to this (I’m assuming) fun competition. SHAME ON THEM!)

If you don’t have a host in mind, you might consider the free Java and Processing hosting I offer at StaticVoidGames.com.
It’s still a work-in-progress, but at the very least it gives you an easy way to showcase your game, plus it’s prettier than dropbox. It’s free, and you can specify your own banner ads to hopefully make some money.
