You have a certain amount of wire per level because otherwise it would make the game way to easy.  In a lot of games, story has to be sacrificed for gameplay.  But for all we know, this scientist might be a little deranged and this lab of his is actually completely empty but filled with obstacles of his ever-imaginative mind?

		<description><![CDATA[Judging by the concept I assumed it wouldn&#039;t be very difficult. After playing it I am amazed at how simple yet interesting it was. There were a few situations that were unexplained, like why you can&#039;t play wire in certain levels? The music was nice.
