Quick update: now when stuff happens to stuff, it emits lots of stuff!
The countdown is really terrifying, I just hope there’s time to do everything! Still missing 2 planets, 2 meteors, plus a few NPCs and enemies. Red Bull, here I go!

I really dig the render effect of the pixels, how they each have a little bit of depth!
How did you implement that?
Also, Red Bull is freaking awesome!
Hello, Andrei! Thanks a lot! It’s actually quite simple, I just resize the game (which is really tiny) to the actual resolution it’s meant to be played, and add a grid image on top of it – the grid itself has the resolution of the final game. Each square on the grid is the size of the resized pixel, and has a very subtle shading to it, that gives the ‘alive pixel’ impression!
