I Heard You Like Android… but not ideation!

Boy, this theme really had me thrown. I came up with a couple of ideas that both seemed superficially good but the more I thought about them the less I really liked them. One of them I even chased down a little bit with some code and a quick prototype before thinking to myself that it just wasn’t going to be fun to make or to play.

I think though, that I have in my head the idea that I’ll finally stick with assuming it feels right on screen.

In my last entry, HUGMONSTER (-o^_^)-o came to me quickly and was so charming that I just had to keep on going with the idea, but it did only strike me after two other ideas that weren’t so hot. How many ideas do you guys typically cycle through before you hit on the one you’re going to run with to the end?

Fully-fledged ideas? Maybe 4 or so. There are often many throwaways that are just part of brainstorming.
