Hey everyone!  I’ve been following LD for the past few iterations (mostly due to a game developer who shall remain nameless, though I will say he’s a Swede, and working on rather blocky-looking game).  But now comes the time for me to give it a try!  I’m relatively new to game development (just been dabbling in it for the past many years), but LD should be really fun!  I’ll likely be doing a 2D platformer, as this seems most feasible option at this stage.

My weapons of choice:

Code! Unity

Graphics! GIMP

Nourishment! Ramen and Rockstar Cola

No doubt, I will over extend myself on this first attempt, but I’m keeping this in mind, and will hopefully set the bar relatively medium-ish.  Look forward to picking up tips from all you veterans  along the way.  Here’s to a great weekend making games! *toast*
