My first LD48

Hi, this is my first LD and I’m not quite sure if I understand the rules. First off, do we need to film ourselves doing it? And second, can we use game engines (e.g. Unity3D)?

   Nope and yes.

   You don’t need to film youself (it’s nice if you do, but as there are no real prices, rules are “softly” enforced. We just expect for everybody to conform them).

   And for game engines yes, you can use wethever you want. You can even use your personal libraries as long as you announce them beforehand (and I think they should be public, but I’m not 100% sure. I have them public anyway).

   I read they should be public. The point is you should start with (mostly) a blank canvas, or at least, the canvas you’re using should be available to all other contestants as well. This way, we all start with similar beginnings, which makes for a fair comparison.
