We’re Cake & Code and this is going to be our first Ludum Dare jam. (Our = Zeik the programmer and Cake the artist) We’re currently working on a warmup game right now called Rainy Birthday and hopefully we can get some part of it done by Sunday/Monday. Our biggest obstacle right now for WW and LD later this week is finding a way to craft music into our games. (Neither of us are skilled musicians unfortunately.) Things will work out somehow……or so we’d like to hope.
Zeik will be using….

Coffee + paper + brain
tag teaming with…
Audacity/SFXR/something that creates some sort of melodic tunes

Yes, we’re aware we’re only doing the jam. Are we not allowed to make intro posts if we’re doing the jam? :\
You’re welcome (and encouraged) to post as much about yourselves, your game, your experiences with LD etc as possible
As Tella said, be aware that the Compo is a 1-person event ONLY. If you still want to work as a team, you should enter the Jam.

Either you’ve edited your post or these guys just can’t read.
We ended up editing it. We didn’t think it was a big deal that we didn’t specify “jam”? We thought it was obvious since we were a team, but we threw it in there to avoid anymore misunderstandings.
We just didn’t want you to leave dissapointed, I never ment to be seemingly unfriendly!
