   Go for it! Slick is pretty easy to use, I used it for my first LD, LD19. Be careful about execution speed though, you may have to reduce it from 1000 tics/second (the default) to get acceptable performance. I don’t remember how I did it, but it will mess with your delta timing on everything else.
