Hi,

got my app up to the packaging stage now…

Does anyone know of a decent (End User License Agreement) EULA we can use for our games?  If you know of ones we can use please leave a comment.

cheers,

I found these pages so far:
    http://forums.indiegamer.com/showthread.php?14660-Eula
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_license_agreement

Also, I guess you would need a different license for Shareware vs selling on an app store.

It seems intel appup has a standard license for its apps.

I wonder if other app stores have standard licenses?

Yeah, I think most have standard agreements. Some give you the option to use the stock one, or your own.

Unfortunately, I can’t think of a good example at this time. AppUp is probably the last one I’ve toyed with.
