I can’t find the list on the wiki at all, I think I’m next to host. I think the host list is down. Let’s say the weekend of the 17th.
I have no idea what it’ll be yet.
COME ALONG it’ll be a laff
( UNRELATED GAMES EVENT I HAPPEN TO BE ORGANIZING THIS MONTH at superfriendshipclub)
I’m in
FIVE JAMS IN ONE WEEKEND!
Awesome stuff. There will be overlap that weekend, but the fun kind:
Along with the miniLD here (which will be super fun),
http://www.orcajam.com is hosting a (live) game jam here in Victoria Canada,
the GPCv8 (http://www.gameprototypechallenge.com) is ongoing all that week,
all month is your mysticism jam (http://superfriendshipclub.com/)
plus the “story game” jam at (http://www.experimentalgameplay.com)
WOO HOO jam nation!
So if we are super mega hardcore, we can make one game that fits all the themes and submit it to FIVE game jams! Anyone up for the challenge?
Dunno about fitting the game into 5 jams, but will try to do at least two
Pyweek is also on the week of September 11 to 18. Which overlaps nicely(?) with GPCv8 and could be combined with the Experimental Game Play story game theme (7 days at any point during the month). Would take a bit of alignment of the stars for the GPC and Pyweek themes to be amenable to a single game, but that just adds to the challenge, right?

I’m in!
Oops! You’re right! We forgot about the wiki and list of hosts when we migrated, so lets just assume it’s you (it sounds familiar, hehe… I’ll have to dig up the data). Perfect weekend choice too, as I wanted to do the October Challenge announcement the following weekend. Excellent! Like clockwork.
Is that one day only?? or 48 hours?
I might be in, but I may have to focus on creating an amazing Pageant for the Super Friendship Club!
What’s the policy on starting LD? I kinda want to do a week-long jam that overlaps it, and don’t know how much it would be frowned on to enter an entry I had started earlier.
mini ld is pretty easy going. It’ll officially be on the weekend, but you can participate whenever.
and yeah, 48 hours (but, easy going, so if you want to take more, take more)
I’m in man. I’ll prolly make something about piles of dead fish (hint?) or something.
Would be in if I wasn’t crunching for JGF. Best of luck to all
(I meant IGF)
I’m going to try my best to be in. We’ll have to see how much other stuff is going on that weekend.
How long is the compo? one day or 48 hours? Ill probably be in
never mind its the 17th and 18th
I’m in. I found it pretty quick writing a little HTML5 canvas game engine for a platformer so this should be interesting.
I’m in!
Im in!
I’m in!
Not sure on the differences between the regular and mini, but I’m in regardless.
main difference is that it’s less formal. no strict rules (unless I say otherwise
)
I am TOTALLY in. I’ve been following LD stuff on Twitter but I haven’t even paid a visit since February. Such a gross negligence demands restitution!
Ehhhh, strike that. I’m not in this time around. Too much school stuff to take care of >_<

I’m in.
may do something tiny, like a cover game of hobo soccer or something. Need to find somewhere to live though, and the real game is cutting into my fun game time, so who knows. Lets say this is a cautious entry.
I may be in, if i like the theme.
Speaking of theme, since there’s no handy countdown timer this time, when can we expect the theme/details announcement? (what with all the time zones and such my Friday isn’t everyone’s Friday)
I’ll post the theme some time after midnight tonight gmt : )
I think I’m in
I am in !! Tell me how to participate
