I’m new to LD and have never done it before 
However I took part in the GGJ09 (and shall be taking part in GGJ10) I look forward to hoping this is a fun event. I have asda pizza (make your own pizza is way better than dominos!) lined up for all in my flat taking part, along with cookies and all sorts. Haven’t decided yet on what I’m going to make my game in, all I know is I’m going to regret having to go to work on the Monday as I’ll be shattered >.<
To be honest for theme I would love to do the greek mythology one, however there are a lot of awesome themes which I would equally enjoy to do.
Shall download an irc client tonight, looking forward to it 
I wish everyone yummy bad for you food and lots of game making.

There was a GGJ in Wales? Cool — wish we’d known at the time (mine was in Glasgow). I can guarantee that we’d have watched your stream instead of the London one…
Hehe we were fairly interesting I think
although the webcam we had set up cut off my team from the feed 
Gonna go to the London one this year I think, should be interesting though as it’s at Qantm, I think we had the one in Glasgow up a lot, as the London one seemed a bit boring.
A fellow first timer!
We don’t have Asda Pizza in Nova Scotia, so I guess I’m stuck with Dominos. Probably not news to you, but I just discovered you can order from them online. They even have a virtual flash pizza, so you can see what your toppings look like!
At least I’ll be able to keep up with you in the sweets department: I’m spending most of Friday baking cookies!
Hehe that sounds fun, I’d do some cooking myself for it, as I love to bake. But Friday night once I’m home from work I have to do my weekly food shop, and then when I get home do a weekly podcast, and then maybe have a snooze before LD48 starts, so no time for baking
I wouldn’t have thought there would be Asda stores in Nova Scotia
Dominos is still good though! just whenever I eat it one night I won’t be able to have it the next as well, we don’t get flash pizzas or we didn’t last time I looked, slightly jealous
