Not much more to say. Starts and ends usual times. The theme is going to be the most totally bzawesome thing you’ve ever heard in your life. So start preparing yourself for this moment.

I think I might actually try this this time!
Can I use XNA Framework to build my game?
Thanks
Hey Haxpor, im pretty sure you can’t, sadly. Though now that i have done some research; i am completely unsure. More unsure of what xna really is other than a nice compiler.
Hey Haxpor, if you mean “xna gamestudio express” I’m pretty sure you can! As long as all contents and game-logic you will use is developed during the compo-time…
Using the XNA framework should be fine — people have before. The only problem is that very few have it installed.
Thanks, all.
I’m new to this competition. Is it mean that few have installed the less on the judgment of submitted game will be?
It means fewer people will play and comment on your game, mini LDs aren’t judged.
[...] think I figured it out! MiniLD #7 is the upcoming Ludum Dare competition, basically a competition to make a game in 48 hours based on [...]
Phil, any modifications to the standard rules? We get the rules by the 1st and then the theme at the start of the competition, correct?
This is my first time doing a LD competition, so smack me if I’m stupid.
Thanks!

Pure genius. I just connected you accidentally to Galcon in my gmail inbox. I have the mail from you about the IGF finalists. Congrats, BTW. I don’t buy much for my iPhone but I bought the hell out of Galcon.
Sorry for being a super-newb, but “Starts and ends usual times” refers to what times exactly?

I’d like to know this too.
It’s me again.

Strangely none of them say start and end times. I’m assuming midnight Friday to midnight Sunday, but I don’t know if there’s an “enforced” time zone.
Umm,… BrokenAngel here,
C++, SDL, OpenGL
Start time is … at 10:15 midwest time zone USA
